This Privacy Policy applies to the Ohio Assessments for Educators website ("Site"), which provides information about educator assessments and related services. Except as noted below, this website is not currently designed to collect personal information from users, but inquiries, comments, and support requests may be submitted via e-mail.

This Site is not designed for the collection of information. The information provided herein is available for downloading for noncommercial purposes, as provided in the Terms and Conditions of Use. To the extent you provide Pearson with information during the course of an inquiry, we may collect such information in order to respond to the inquiry. We may also share this information with the state Department of Education, to which this website relates. This website is designed to supply information, and not for collecting information. This website is intended to supply these resources without collecting any personally identifiable information from students, including, but not limited to, those under the age of 13. Pearson will not knowingly collect, maintain, or use any personally identifiable information supplied by anyone under the age of thirteen (13) through this Site.
